Tele: Tele considers it an honor to enter into a partnership of healing with each client she meets. Her bodywork practice is based on the understanding that we are all dynamic individuals. Our bodies are constantly moving, constantly changing and we can always find a new relationship with the body we have. Tele relies on both science and intuition to help guide the body back into balance both physically and energetically using a blend of modalities and techniques. Her greatest hope is to build a practice where she can sit with clients as they remember how to trust, listen to and reconnect with their bodies on their path to healing. In addition to her bodywork practice, Tele is an Instructor at the Holistic Massage Training Institute, volunteers at Shepard’s Clinic for the uninsured in East Baltimore and will graduate from a three-year, 700 hour professional training program for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with the Wellness Institute in May 2015. When she is not practicing bodywork, she is studying and experimenting with traditional applications of western herbal medicine and learning about life from her daughter, husband and yoga practice.
